- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels are included. The product , has not been activated or used, and secondary sales are not affected.
- The product has not been modified or damaged by the customer.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs to the designated warehouse—including cross-border or international shipping fees when the return is due to personal reasons or non-product-related issues. If the return is required due to product defects, damage, incorrect shipment, or other issues attributable to us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

- The item was damaged in transit and you are able to submit a carrier-issued proof of damage.

Exchanges are not accepted if:

Exchange Shipping Fees:

- For exchanges not related to product quality, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
