To ensure you have a clear understanding of how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered, we have outlined our Shipping Policy below.

 

1. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over USD $35. Shipping fees for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

2. Carrier

We partner with UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

We will determine the specific carrier for your shipment based on the product type, size, and package dimensions to achieve the most efficient delivery.

 

3. Order Processing Time

  • For non-pre-sale items, we process and dispatch orders within 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • The shipping time for each product may vary depending on inventory availability.
  • Orders placed during holidays, promotional events, or under force majeure conditions may experience processing or delivery delays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery Time

For most orders, the estimated delivery time is 34 business days.

  • If your order is split into multiple packages, the estimated delivery time is around 35 business days.
  • If the original warehouse is out of stock, we will ship from another warehouse instead, with an estimated delivery time of around 35 business days.
  • If the product weights more than 5 kg, we will ship it via UPS Ground service, and the estimated delivery time is approximately 37 business days.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed and paid for before 3:00 PM local warehouse time on a business day will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary and can be affected by, including but not limited to, public holidays, peak seasons, airline or carrier arrangements, weather conditions, force majeure events, product stock availability, and incorrect or incomplete shipping address information provided by the customer.

 

5. Fees and Taxes

Product prices on our website do not include taxes.The taxes and applicable fees will be automatically calculated and displayed on the shopping cart page and checkout page once you enter your shipping address. The final total amount will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

 

6. Address Changes & Order Modification

You may request an address update before your order has shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, address modification depends on the specific circumstances of the package and the carrier's redirection policy.We will assist with the request, but cannot guarantee that the address will be successfully modified and the rerouting.

 

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. And  you may also view shipping updates through the Order Details page in your customer account. If tracking information shows irregularities (e.g., no updates for an extended period, deliveredbut not received), please contact us promptly so we can assist in investigating with the carrier.

 

8. Damages & Loss

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect address information. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@dronecameraus.com and provide order & tracking information and supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).

If the damage is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will either arrange a replacement or provide appropriate compensation in accordance with our after-sales procedures.

For verified product defects, partial compensation of up to 30% of the product's retail price may be provided. If the issue exceeds this threshold, a replacement or a return-and-refund will be arranged.

If your package is shown as undelivered or missing according to the carrier's tracking information, we will contact the carrier on your behalf to initiate a shipment investigation.

If the package is officially confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a full refund or arrange a reshipment at no additional cost.
